In this week's episode, I talk about the parallels between our natural cycles and the cycles found in the natural world.

Seasons of the year : Menstrual cycle phases

Inner winter = menstrual phase (period week)

Inner spring = follicular phase (the 2 weeks after your period)

Inner summer = ovulatory phase (short few days mid cycle/month)

Inner fall = luteal phase (pre-period)
