Send me a message!

(TRIGGER WARNING:
Although I don't have an eating disorder and that's not the focus of the episode, I do talk extensively about my relationship with food - please skip this episode if this topic triggers you in any way)

In this episode, I go into my personal story with food and how a high stress job influenced my eating decisions.

I talk about my past caffeine habits, as well as certain go-to foods I'd consume while working at this high-pressure job, and being too tired to cook my own food.

I also share the lessons I learned, the changes I made, and how my mindset played a big role in overcoming certain eating habits, and in the way I viewed my past food choices.

Enjoy!

Jess
